Discontinued cookies
This project builds on the experience of the worker William Janas, middle class worker who lives in Darien, Illinois and worked at Nabisco factory for 40 years. In his experience given for four decades, was part of the BC Workers Union & T and actively participated in the arguments between the corporation and the union, even today is almost militants.
In the hall museum 24 boxes where exhibited, displaying the cookies which each represented a year in his experience as an employee at Nabisco. The four decades were categorized by four types of Nabisco cookies today discontinued. Several quotes from his interview are displayed, narrating important facts of his labor union history and the industrialization process in the factory.
