Isolation

Stranded in the Abu Dhabi Gulf Desert, the filmmaker approaches the walk to cope with social isolation and anxiety given by the extreme physical distancing rules in the United Arab Emirates, where she got stranded for few months. The video is a documentation of her interactions with the dormant desert.

Video was awarded as best short at  “Imagining life after Corona”, organized by the Center of Urban Futures in Finland: “Tutuseura”.
