Paper Noise (video)

Paper Noise is a project developed in collaboration with Collages Féministes Montréal and the author, Amanda Gutiérrez. It reflects the process of collective actions by initiatives fighting gender violence. The Soundtrack is produced by the collective #VIVAS, which works and produces sound and live performance developed from a collective sound database of field recordings of feminist political marches in Latin America. This video was produced for the solo exhibition titled, Paper Noise in the artist residency at SBC Contemporary Art Gallery, located in Montreal the unceded land of Tio’ta: kié.
